User Reviews

Nice and light weight and small but not very powerful. After 10 min you have to think about if it is still on or not. The heat is just for show, glows read and all but no real heat. If you want light and a little buzz on your feel this is ok. If you want a deep massage look for something more substantial. -- Not very powerful. Heat is a joke
After reading the other reviews, I debated for a very long time whether or not to finally buy this massager. Finally, my curiosity won out.

I received the item yesterday. It was quite apparent that the massager had been previously opened: The box flap was still open, and some of the packing materials were obviously missing or carelessly shoved back into the box. Still, since the massager, itself, seemed relatively untouched, I figured it was alright. Yes, it is essentially an arch massager. That's great, because I have medium/high arches and find most foot massagers to be frustrating as they never seem to reach up into the arch. I WANT an arch massager. This provides a gentle, soothing arch massage, with choice of 2 speeds, so no complaints there.

But the gel coverings are sticky - very sticky, and make it hard for bare feet to make any rubbing motion against the surface. And I still don't understand why it is automatically assumed that I want dozens of pointy little nubs digging into my heels and toes. But worst of all - is the lightweight, plastic woven mesh that forms the platform. It's as flimsy as one of those mesh, folding grocery tote bags, yet it has to support the weight of your feet AND the entire massage unit. Naturally, everything sags downward when you press your feet onto the massager. Like a hammock.

This past winter, I ordered the Sharper Image Shiatsu foot massager. It was made better and far sturdier, but it had only one speed and was far too vigorous and intense to enjoy without a double layer of socks. And I had to position my feet awkwardly to get any arch action. It was also designed for a man's large footprint and hit my feet at all the wrong points. So, if it's all about tired arches, the Conair does the job. -- Great for aching arches but oddly constructed
It was a nice unit. The massaging could have been a little deeper or stronger, but it was ok. The only problem was it would turn itself off and when you tried to restart it sometimes it would not start. There was no reason for it to turn itself off and I did not hit the stop/start button. -- Conair Foot Massager
My wife loves to use the very expensive foot massager at her daughter's professionally run spa. I bought her for a Christmas present the Conair FM18 Deep Tissue Foot Massager for under $30. My wife loves it.
My wife is happy. I am happy. My checking account is happy. -- Happy feet ,happy wife
for the price you cant go wrong. i work 12 hour shifts. after a long day it feels so good to sit down and have a good foot massage. its big enough to do the job and small enough to be put up out of the way. -- conair fm18
