Great product, great price. I read through all the reviews of every other foot massager and it was hard to decide; everyone was split on if the product worked or not. I figured Scholl's knows feet, so why not? The cooling is basically a fan and the heat does a decent job of warming. The kneading section is great - two pairs of kneaders that rotate work quite well, just move your feet around a bit to get various areas of the foot. After 15 minutes you can feel the relaxation in your foot. Motor is fairly strong; I wouldn't recommend trying to put too much pressure (or stand) on the unit. I read this was an issue with other massagers, but if you are trying to have it dig deep into the foot to help with plantar fasciitis you are probably out of luck with any home based massager. Solid unit gets all the right parts on the foot. Would recommend! -- Great, cheap foot massager!
