Bought this product at another store. Overall, I felt it didn't massage at all. It's great if you want a soft buzzing on your back, but it won't help to get out any knots or relieve muscle aches in any way. Don't waste the money. I wish I hadn't. -- Pointless
Granted I like a strong massage, but even when you put your whole arm into it, this massager doesn't get deep enough at all. Also, it's slow to heat up and doesn't get past lukewarm at best. Disappointed. -- Not deep enough and no heat
This vibrator fell apart after only a short period of time. The infared cover came off and cannot be reattached. Do not waste your money on this. -- Homedics HG-20 HydraGel
