Heavy and bulky. Could not adjust to the areas of the back and shoulder where it was needed. In shiatsu mode it was painful. Sent it back in under a week. -- Not what I hoped.
Tried a similar model in a store. Thought it was the same but this didn't have the same feel when we tried it out. Also, wish there were thumping action. Doesn't do the neck well. Wish the head area was adjustable. Overall, not bad, priced well compared to a full massage chair. Better than other options out there. -- Good, wish it were better.
I had been wanting this item for a while after I tried it out at a local store. I'm glad I purchased it. It is very helpful in relieving the pain in my lower back and neck/shoulders. It is nice to be able to adjust the width of the rollers, which also comes in handy when my boyfriend wants to use it since he has a broader back and can adjust things to make it better for him. I know if I use it for too long it can leave me feeling a bit sore, so I just leave a blanket (folded over) over top of the device. The blanket also helps from keeping the rollers from pressing too much in to my back since the chair I have it on is slightly reclined. The heat works great and is quick to work. I'm very happy with my purchase. -- Glad I purchased

I just got this and it works OK. The shoulder massage works ok, not great but... The back massage is nice, but it does not go up the whole back. So you have a space between the shoulders and back (lower shoulder blades area) that does not get touched. I have the old quad roller, and it goes all the way up the spine, which is full massage imo.
Its VERY loud. Its like listening to robocop when you adjust the shoulder and back parts.
I would not buy this again, unless it was 40$, at this price its a rip off.
