I got this to replace a much older unit that died. I have used the same vendor's LG-DLX unit, and like it as well.
This model operates and feels a bit differently than the LG-DLX, which takes getting used to. I find that both units are far better than the older units they replaced, which is good since the other units were 20 years old.
On this unit, the knobs on top have a scale of 1 to 8, and turn the machine off below 1. Each channel switches off and on separately. The knobs work well and I found the unit to be off generally good construction quality. It is quite powerful, being rated at 100 ma, and does its job quite well.
Given that both channels use the same battery, I find some interaction between the levels when both channels are used. I have found this in other units as well, and it only stands to reason. I would like to find a unit which did not have this limitation.

After over 3 months of internal pain after upper back surgery, I was hurting so much that I could not lean back or lay down at night on the scar. CT Scans and ultrasounds and xrays showed no problem. A pain mgmt. Dr. finally suggested a TENS unit and it works great. I use it to pulse the nerves and muscles that were cut during the surgery, only about 2 hours per day. I love this UNIT.
