Pros:Nice cord storage on the bottom, nice heat function, pretty compact size, looks nice, feels sturdy, overall massage action feels good.
Cons:No built-in angle adjustment, middle massage heads not quite high enough to give a good foot arch massage.
The massager looks sleek and feels well built, there are hooks on the bottom to wrap the cord around for storage. The six rotating massage heads have three spherical nodules on each, and provide a nice kneading massage action to help relieve sore feet. There is a built-in timer which limits each massage session to about 15 minutes, with or without the heat function activated, which is good, because often I fall asleep during my massage and I don't want to overuse the massager.:OP If you desire a longer massage, just push the power button again. My only design complaints are: there is no angle adjustment built in; you'll have to put a book or something under the front feet to raise it up if you want a different angle, and the center massage heads are at about the same height as the top and bottom heads, so they don't quite reach as far into my foot arches as I'd like. If the case edge near the bottom massage heads was a bit lower, allowing me to use the bottom massage heads to get deeper into my arches, this wouldn't be an issue. But overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

At last I have found a foot massage that helps with painful foot neuropathy. This machine gently helps restore circulation plus providing the simultaneous stimulation and relaxation needed. At the end of a long day I look forward to using this and seeing immediate results. I would highly recommend it.

this massager did nothing for me. I am a huge fan of getting foot massages. I thought I would try this out rather than paying a fortune to get real foot massages. Well, I guess I have learned that I can't replace a real foot massage with this one. ALl this does for me is tickle the bottoms of my feet. It doesn't provide the pressure that one really needs on the feet. It has these fancy glowing lights...but what's the purpose of this.

After experiencing a continuous pain in both legs, I purchased The Shaper Image Shiatsu Massager. After 4 uses, the pain subsided and my legs feel so much better.I'm thankful for now having eliminated the pain and " having "young" legs again. -- Helping Tired Legs
